The first half year of 2016 has seen Singapore’s culinary scene going through a mini-revolution with food conservatives protesting against some of the food stunts pulled by innovative new players trying to carve a niche out for themselves. In the end, its up to you the consumer who decides yay or nay for these food trends and determine how long they stay as the flavour of the month. 1. Bagels Are The Latest Shit That’s Coming Out From Unicorns

Captain K Seafood Tower, a new Korean Seafood concept is stacking its hopes high on their fresh seafood towers that will surely delight seafood lovers in Singapore. Looks like our traditional seafood restaurants will be taking a backseat for a while.
