21 on Rajah Signature Dishes Not To Be Missed

Available from $68++ per adult and $34++ per child, you can not only savour unlimited servings of the exquisite range of buffet spread, but also the 21 on Rajah Ramadan special – the decadent Roasted Whole Baby Lamb with a side of Moroccan Spiced Yoghurt, slowly cooked over a steady flame for more than 10 hours, resulting in a golden-brown and crispy exterior.

The meat remains tender and juicy, when paired with the Moroccan Spiced Yoghurt, which adds a layer of creaminess and perfectly cooked Basmati Rice, rounding off a rich, flavourful experience and a melt-in-the-mouth taste explosion at the first bite.

Apart from a beautiful serving of lamb, you can also indulge in the Bubur Lambuk. This dish, created just for Eid Mubarak, is a lightly spiced rice porridge and a Ramadan tradition in Singapore and Malaysia. With its rich blend of aromatic flavours from various spices and a delectable splash of coconut milk, the Bubur Lambuk is possibly taken straight out of Nenek’s secret recipe.

For a perfect pairing, the Kerabu Salad, a refreshing medley of shredded vegetables, fresh herbs, and fruits tossed in the restaurant’s secret dressing gives the dish a harmonious balance of acidity and heat, promising to tantalise everyone’s palate, setting the stage for an array of enticing culinary choices.

The Roasted Beef Short Ribs with Homemade Spice and Rosemary is another sight to behold. The succulent delight of Beef Short Ribs is a culinary masterpiece where tender, slow-cooked beef effortlessly falls off the bone, releasing a symphony of rich, savoury flavours.

Available for weekend dinners, be spoiled for choice with an exquisite selection of Grilled Fresh Tiger Prawn, Smoked Sea Salt Lamb Chop, Italian Lamb Sausage, topped with a medley of Chicken and Mutton Satay. Each juicy bite of the beautiful grilled menu is a gastronomic journey, harmonising the robust essence of the meat with a perfect blend of spices, creating a truly unforgettable and delicious dining experience.

No culinary adventure is complete without a sweet ending. You and your loved ones can indulge in the vast selection of waffles, pancakes and churros with eye-dazzling topping choices of Chocolate Sauce, Whipped Cream, Maple Syrup and Roasted Almonds.

Delight in the heavenly sight of smooth, warm chocolate cascading over Fresh Strawberries, Ladyfinger Biscuits, Chocolate Chip Cookies, and an array of Assorted Rainbow Marshmallows.

At 21 on Rajah, every visit promises a celebration of flavours and togetherness, especially during Eid Mubarak, when Muslim celebrants are able to break fast in gender-separate rooms to perform their prayers before resuming the festivities with loved ones and friends.
