33 Club, Asia’s first private members club dedicated to bringing together a community of timepiece lovers and collectors, has opened its doors in the premier business district of Raffles Place in Singapore. Open to only a select group of members from across the region, the exclusive circle will have access to highly sought-after timepieces, including the finest collections from Rolex, Patek Philippe, Richard Mille and more.
The 4,200 sq ft luxe locale spread over two floors, boasts an exquisite selection of rare, modern and vintage watches showcased on display within the designer retail watch boutique. It offers a bespoke watch sourcing service especially for its members, who also have access to a watch specialist and other white glove services.
33 Club, Co-Founder & Group CEO, Arich Tan remarked, “33 Club was borne out of a lifelong passion of celebrating major milestones throughout my career, by curating a collection of luxury timepieces. I wanted to create a physical space where like-minded folk could come together to share stories and indulge in our affection for all things horology. This was the perfect opportunity to shine a light on traditional watchmaking and its values, and create a local domain of timekeeping.”
“We aim to empower our members with exclusive accessibility to rare and hard-to-come-by wristwatches. It is known that many of these watches rarely even surface in the market as they’re often traded privately. However, we have the network to source these highly limited and rare timepieces from private owners,” added watch enthusiast and co-founder of the club, Terence Ho.
The design concept developed by award-winning interior designer Syrenka Studio brought together the co-founders’ vision that evolves around the sundial concept, in tandem with the Chinese meaning of 33 ‘the rising sun’. The club features a sophisticated bar and lounge area where members can wine and dine at their leisure. A selection of fine wines and rare whiskies are also available for the more discerning of tastes.
Tan has a 20+ year history in the spa and wellness industry in Singapore and has brought his expertise to the club with the addition of a boutique spa situated on the second floor. The spa will offer customised facials and massage treatments, and features premium vegan products from German luxury brand Dr Baumann, exclusively available to 33 Club in Singapore. The spa will be open to both members of the club as well as the general public to enjoy.
“We plan to host specially curated events so that our members can enjoy direct access to some of the world’s best watchmakers, as well as visiting wine and whisky experts, and other unique masterclasses. Our members and their guests can expect an elevated experience derived from an understanding of the inspired lifestyles of our club members at 33,” added Tan.
33 Club is Asia’s first private members club dedicated to bringing together a community of people who collect and appreciate luxury watches.
