Conceptualised by award-winning global hospitality design firm EDG Design, Estate recalls a colonial-style residence inspired by the humble origins of Orchard Road, an area once abundant with fruit orchards, nutmeg plantations, and pepper farms. Central to Estate’s dining experience is the residential-style open kitchens that set the stage for a live display of culinary showmanship as the chefs whip up tantalising dishes à la minute in full view of guests. Many components of the dishes at Estate are prepared from scratch using laborious techniques to yield maximum flavours, promising an indulgent selection of epicurean delights that focus on quality over quantity.

• Raw & Seafood Kitchen: Vibrant salads, premium charcuterie, the freshest seafood from live shucked oysters, tiger prawns to black mussels.
• Grill Kitchen: Taste a variety of generously seasoned Asian-inspired skewers of premium meat cuts and vegetables with special homemade rubs and marinades grilled to perfection. Highlights include Black Miso Chicken and Wagyu Beef Kofta.
• Noodle & Wrap Kitchen: Hand-crafted noodles are paired with aromatic broth or contemporary-styled Asian and Western choices. Highlights include Cantonese-style Wagyu Beef Noodles and Squid Ink Homemade Gluten-Free Tagliatelle with Octopus Confit. • Wok, Fry & Premium Barbeque Kitchen: Flame-kissed wok dishes, premium meat cuts and accompaniments are elevated for a modern appreciation. Highlights include Estate Black Truffle Roasted Duck. Estate also flaunts a beautiful range of handcrafted desserts that are masterfully curated and exquisitely plated, delivering an experience reminiscent of a high-end patisserie. Sweet endings include a combination of bite-sized treats to sliced or whole cakes, a selection of local delights, and à la minute live station dishing out warm sweets – think melt-in-your-mouth pancakes.
