The Fullerton Hotel Singapore introduces a quartet of baked mooncakes, including two new additions this year. These mooncakes are available in sets of two or four and are elegantly packaged in signature gift boxes that pay homage to the rich heritage of the Fullerton Building.
The new Premium Mixed Nuts Baked Mooncake, a modern take on the Cantonese classic, offers a well-balanced filling that is savoury, sweet, nutty, and fragrant. Also debuting is the Assam Tea with Lemon, Mung Bean, and Raisin Baked Mooncake, which combines the malty aroma of Assam tea with earthy mung beans and a burst of fresh lemon, complemented by sweet raisins for a delightful texture and flavour blend.
Returning favourites include the Low Sugar White Lotus Seed Paste with Single Yolk Baked Mooncake and the Low Sugar White Lotus Seed Paste with Double Yolks Baked Mooncake, both with reduced sugar.
The Fullerton Classics Baked Mooncakes four-piece gift set, priced at S$92 nett, includes one of each baked flavour. For those who prefer tradition, a full set of Low Sugar White Lotus Seed Paste with Single Yolk or Double Yolks is available at S$88 nett and S$92 nett respectively.
