Since its reopening on 10 July 2024, Grand Hyatt Singapore has welcomed back the iconic StraitsKitchen and BRIX. StraitsKitchen, renowned as the first Halal-certified buffet restaurant in a five-star hotel on Orchard Road, offers a vibrant showcase of Singaporean ethnic cuisines. From Chinese to Malay, Indian to Nonya, the restaurant’s live show kitchens bring authentic local dishes to life. Led by Chef de Cuisine Nelson Wong, who has over 25 years of experience, the new menu will progressively introduce premium offerings such as Fish Head Curry, Sustainable Salted Egg Prawns, and BBQ Roaring Forties Lamb.

BRIX, a premier live entertainment hotspot, features international live band Gravity and an expanded beverage menu. On 19 August 2024, Pete’s Place and The Shop will reopen their doors, bringing back cherished elements with fresh twists.
