2. Fauchon
Fauchon Thailand offers 4 core concepts of traditional French culinary products; the Patisserie & Bakery, French Snacking, Café Fauchon, and the Grocery & Gift Shop displayed in an elegant Parisian-style setting. It’s patisserie & bakery revisits great French classics and invent flavoursome new takes on old favourites such as Éclairs, Macaroons, Babas, Millefeuilles and other delicacies while french snacking offers traditional array of baguettes and club sandwiches, French salads, and freshly squeezed fruit juice.

3. Cicchetti
Cicchetti Bangkok is a Venetian inspired, Italian franchise restaurant from London. The concept of the restaurant is derived from the Italian word ‘cicchetti’, which literally means ‘small plates’. Cicchetti can be considered as the Venetian version of Spanish ‘tapas’. Cicchetti commonly consists of small plates of food containing bite-sized snacks or portions. It is served at traditional ‘bacari’ or local bars found all over Venice.
Employing a ‘Nothing to Hide’ concept, Cicchetti’s ‘Open Kitchen’ allows diners to enjoy the sights and sounds of cooking – the flames, steam and clattering of pots in the kitchen are part of the ‘experience’ of dining at Cicchetti Bangkok. Even the process used to select and combine the exotic ingredients used in every dish is on display. The restaurant’s private wine cellar is fully stocked with an extensive wine list from the very best vineyards in Italy and the world.

Apinara is characterised by the theme of “ Nirat ” or Thai poetry which speaks of journeying, separation and love longing. Displaying potent traditional Thai aphrodisiacs (which you can order) on its main counter, there is little wonder why this place is designed to be the place where one man met his beloved woman. The dramatically feminine design of the restaurant interior expresses the sensational space and esthetic food harmoniously.
Providing cuisines from a various region of Thailand, the recommended dishes are Apinara Le Grand Appetizer, Stuffed Fried Bread with Minced Pork, Pomelo Salad with Grilled River Prawns, Grilled River Prawns with Sweet and Sour Dip with Seasonal Vegetables.

5. Open Kitchen
Open Kitchen banks on Thai’s eating culture of sharing. To encourage customers to experience as many dishes as they’d like and to share among each other, they serve a variety of Thai and Western dishes but in smaller portions, on smaller plates at smaller prices. Wickson’s Slow Roasted Pork Confit served with a fresh baked whole apple and fresh apple foam is their die die must try dish by Chef Sam Wickson. Roasted till golden brown, the skin is incredibly crispy while the meat is so tender that it melts in your mouth.

6. Wabisabi Japanese Gastro Bar
At “Wabi-Sabi”, all dishes are cooked and decorated using the best ingredients from the northern to the southern part of Japan; Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto, Chubu, Kansai, Shikoku, Chukoku and Kyushu. 7. House Of Beers (HOBS)
House of Beers serves Belgian fusion cuisine along with an impressive selection of beverage such as Stella Artois, Hoegaarden, Leffe Blonde on draft and many more beers including Waterloo, Duvel, Kwak, Orval and traditional fruit beers by the bottle.

8. 1881 Bar And Restaurant By Water Library
Transformed from a daytime retreat to a nightlife hotspot every day, 1881 by Water Library offers great cocktails by their world famous mixologist Mirko Gardelliano, with great live entertainment, amiable customer-oriented service, and delicious and comforting foods prepared by chef de cuisine Urs Lustenberger.

With an intimidating replica of an American grizzly bear right at its entrance, S’Mores Hunting Lodge definitely has the design and decor to match one’s imagination.
