For Father’s Day, The Gyu Bar complements 120g of Wa Oh wagyu kainomi with a refreshing side salad. Sourced from Kumamoto, quality wagyu is sliced and steeped in a generous 100ml pour of Hibiki Harmony whisky for 24 hours, infusing the tender cut with the smooth and sweet notes of the Japanese blended whisky.
The whisky-marinated wagyu is grilled medium rare to highlight the perfect union of intense marbling with the layered nuances of Hibiki Harmony. You may opt to have the premium wagyu prepared yakiniku-style at The Gyu Bar before takeaway, or add the finishing touch of grilling the raw meat in the comfort of home.
