Seafood lovers can indulge in endless servings from the Ocean- Fresh Seafood and Oyster Bar, as well as hot dishes like Wok Hei Tiger Prawns, Szechwan- style Maine Lobster Dumplings, and more.
The bountiful feast continues on at Estate’s Grand Sunday Champagne Brunch, where guests can enjoy Lunar New Year dishes alongside elevated offerings on 11 February. Besides premium seafood specialties, an avocado bar, and an impressive selection of 32 European cheeses, dishes such as Deep-Fried Ginger Frog Legs and Roasted Five-Spice Leg of Lamb will be available.
