The largest Hong Kong Disney 100th anniversary event in Hong Kong is hosted at Wharf shopping malls from 14 July to 3 September 2023! Harbour City, Times Square, and Plaza Hollywood have joined forces for the first time to create three unique themed journeys, featuring 18 photo spots and offering multiple online and offline activities, including booth games and workshops. Apart from the timeless Disney Classics and Princess series, there are photo spots featuring popular characters such as Duffy and Friends, as well as Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and more. Disney fans are also welcomed to visit the Disney 100 Pop-up Stores in the three shopping malls and get the exclusive merchandise. Proceeds from the event will be donated to “Make-A-Wish Hong Kong”.
Hong Kong Disney 100th Anniversary: Travel Together with Harbour City & LCX
Harbour City and LCX are proud to present an exciting adventure journey through sea, land, and air across different times and spaces, exploring the century-long charm of Disney. Over 30 beloved Disney characters from various series are stationed at eight locations within Harbour City & LCX, transforming them into multiple photo spots. The adventure begins at the Ocean Terminal Forecourt, where you can board the enormous “Sea Explorer” with Mickey and friends.
Over at the Ocean Terminal Deck, you can get into the Disney 100 themed hot air balloon at “Enchanted Balloon Odyssey” with Woody and Stitch to enjoy the breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour.
Meanwhile, at LCX, the main entrance is transformed into a train station that takes you on a journey to the forest world of the popular Duffy and Friends. You will be also transported back in time with the 3.5-meter-tall Pinocchio at the “Time Travel Theatre”, letting nostalgia wash over them while revisiting Disney classics. For princess lovers and kids, the “Disney Princess Library” offers access to the magical world of the princesses.

You can take a fantasy journey at Times Square with household classics welcoming patrons in various theme zones. The journey commences in the Open Piazza, where art installations of favourite characters will lead you to a world of magical Disney moments. Continue onto the interactive art gallery on level 2 for a treasure hunt of familiar Disney quotes – with the help of a magic tool!
You can also create a unique art piece to add to the exhibit simply by taking snapshots of the Interactive Gallery. After that, bring home some Disney souvenirs from the pop-up store on level B1 or, or from the Dark Arts Gala pop-up store on 5/F where fans will be immersed in chic items jointly produced by Disney and fashion brand KYUBI.

You can take on an extraordinary voyage through the musical grandeur of the Disney universe at Plaza Hollywood! Enter the Disney 100 Gate and take pictures with the cuddly red panda, Panda Mei from “Turning Red”, who is making her first-ever appearance in Hong Kong. Adults and children can immerse themselves in a colossal musical arena, revel in interactive games, and relish heartwarming reunions with their treasured Disney companions, creating an unforgettable and melodious summer symphony extravaganza. Joining forces in their musician personas, the iconic figures including Mickey, Peter Pan, Panda Mei, Stitch, and Sleeping Beauty will be set to grace the stage at Plaza Hollywood.
