Humble Bakery, a fast-growing homegrown brand that has pivoted from an online store to opening their first café right in the heart of CBD at One Raffles Place last month, rings in the Year of the Rabbit with new artisanal festive goodies. Founded by ex-Bakery Brera bakers Zhuo Guan and Glenn, together with a newly joined baker-partner, Xieng Hui hailing from a five-star luxury hotel and renowned patisseries, the trio will roll out an ensemble of artisanal bakes perfect for festive gifting.
Known for their artisanal Korean-style scones in assorted flavours, the highlight this Chinese New Year is their savoury Bak Kwa Cheddar Scones embellished with Bak Kwa bits and wafting with the delicious aroma of mature cheddar cheese. Handcrafted with premium AOP French Butter and French dairy whipping cream, each scone sports a golden-brown crust encasing a tender interior, flavourful rich and buttery.
