Of course, there will also be your familiar traditional fare comprising Roast Whole Suckling Pig; Sticky Rice with Preserved Meat, Dried Shrimp, Chestnut and Mushroom; Steamed Garoupa in Preserved Vegetables and the succulent Stir Fried Prawn with Broad Beans in ‘XO’ Sauce.
What’s more, you and your family, friends or colleagues will also get to enjoy luck-enhancing evergreens comprising Steamed Fish Fillet with “Ren Shen” & Red Date; Braised Pork Knuckle with Glace and Vinegar, Traditional Roast Pork Belly, Local Spiced Marinated Pork Neck, Old Grandmother Black Vinegar Trotter and a whole lot more.
Plaza Brasserie will also introduce its luck enhancing Fruitful Yu Sheng with Fruity Sauce Served with Crispy Soft Shell Crab to complement the abundant array of mouth-watering delicacies at the buffet line. This signature salad features a combination of flavours and textures, highlighted by healthy and refreshing tropical fruits including Mandarin orange, peach, rose apple, rock melon, dried persimmon, green mango and papaya, smothered with scrumptious soft shell crab and skilfully tossed in our Chef’s special fruity sauce. For the less adventurous, Traditional Salmon Yu Sheng will also be available.
