South Korean girl group IVE has embarked on their first-ever fan concert tour, “IVE THE FIRST FAN CONCERT <The Prom Queens>”, with stops in Seoul, Tokyo, and Kobe earlier this year.
The six members will continue making their way through Asia in June, with IVE Concert Singapore happening on 30 June 2023 (Friday), 7.30PM at The Star Theatre.
IVE made their debut in December 2021 under the agency Starship Entertainment, with members ANYUJIN, GAEUL, REI, JANGWONYOUNG, LIZ, and LEESEO. Their debut single “ELEVEN” (2021) brought them overnight global success, cementing their position as “rookie queens” amongst K-pop fans.
The group then went on to release their second single “LOVE DIVE” (2022), which earned them the award for ‘Best Song of the Year’ at the 2022 Melon Music Awards just 360 days after their debut, making them the third-fastest girl group to win an accolade of this level.
IVE’s third title track “After LIKE” (2022) topped several charts in South Korea, was named one of NME’s best K-pop songs of 2022, and placed them in Billboard U.S.A.’s Global 200 list for 17 weeks, peaking at #20.
Their upcoming studio album, “I’ve IVE”, will drop on 10 April 2023 (Monday), and fans of the group are looking forward to watching live performances of tracks from the new album at IVE’s fan concert in Singapore.
Tickets for “IVE THE FIRST FAN CONCERT <The Prom Queens> IN SINGAPORE” will go on sale on 12 April 2023 (Wednesday), 12PM, via www.ticketmaster.sg, +65 3158 8588, and all SingPost outlets.
