Taking centerstage in this menu is the all-time holiday-favourite Roasted USDA Prime Rib of Beef with Turkey Combo, consisting two slices of 100 grams roasted USDA Prime Rib of Beef and 100 grams roasted sliced Turkey, served alongside US Idaho mashed Potatoes, Yorkshire Pudding, whipped Cream Horseradish, and a choice of creamed Corn, creamed Spinach or buttered Peas.
Other main course options include the Hearty Meat Platter and Atlantic Lobster Tail with Ōra King Salmon. Carefully raised under the most precise conditions, the Ōra King Salmon is strikingly marbled with a sumptuous melt-in-your-mouth texture, heralded as Wagyu beef of the ocean.
