If you adore Le Noir at Singapore’s Clarke Quay, you are going to love their brand new 2nd premium nightspot on Marina Bay Sands’ river-facing promenade. Recently opened in May 2019, you will get to savour unsurpassed views across the bay and the famed nightly water show as you dine and wine with friends, colleagues and loved ones. Le Noir Marina Bay Sands will be the group’s third opening, following its overseas expansion in Kuala Lumpur’s entertainment district Trec, in 2016.
Le Noir Marina Bay Sands – The Menu
The new all-day/all-night dining menu will include some tantalising starters and sharing plates such as Crab Cakes, Salmon Ceviche and Tuna & Salmon Sashimi, delectable mains like Steak Tartare and delicious handcrafted pizzas; from seafood classics like Frutti Di Mare, Proscuitto Di Parma topped with Italy’s finest ham and the Diavolo – for those that like their pizzas hot, and for a sweet temptation finish off with a sharing plate of assorted of cakes.
The kitchen will open from 11am and will feature brunch items including a Classic Breakfast, the healthy conscious Acai Bowl and Smashed Avocado Toast, along with it’s full menu– perfect to enjoy with a freshly ground coffee whilst taking in MBS’ iconic views and can be enjoyed daily till 6pm.
Alongside the food, the drinks menu will feature a comprehensive selection of wines, from house reds and whites to premium French reds to cater to all levels of wine lovers. This is in addition to sparkling wines and champagnes, continental lagers, classic cocktails and Le Noir specials, such as the Tom Yum martini, available in 3 levels of spiciness to challenge the taste buds.
Le Noir Marina Bay Sands – The Entertainment
For music lovers, Le Noir MBS will offer a full programme of events starting daily from 6.15pm all the way to midnight and to 2am on weekends. Monday kicks off the weekly program featuring jazz quartet Deborah & Friends, preluded by Canadian acoustic singer-songwriter, Camille Miller. New faces to Le Noir programming, The Jukuleles and songwriters MMLD perform across the week, bringing their original material, mashups and creativity to popular classic and current songs.
With a plethora of local bands, including Le Noir’s very own Syltra, Live Conclusions and Nation One, Eugene Seow & Enya Lim, The Fleurist, Nino Elmo, Marian & Vishaal, Izaar & Izhar, Band On The Run, and national sweethearts Jack & Rai dropping in from time to time, Le Noir’s musical programming takes you from chill acoustic happy hour sets to toe tapping, foot stomping, hands in the air sing-alongs. Musical interludes will feature 70’s/80’s up to present day, soul, funk, R&B and disco from our resident DJs.
Marble, wood and touches of gold décor is a welcoming atmosphere which also emanates sophistication that is on par with a location as iconic as the Marina Bay Sands. Le Noir positions itself perfectly as a day to night venue, offering an ideal venue for lunch, pre-theatre drinks, dinner, late-night cocktails or even private events, with quality entertainment.
Le Noir Marina Bay Sands will be open seven days a week from 11am to 3am, Sunday to Friday, and 11am to 4am on Saturdays.
