Li Bai Rice Dumplings – New Delectable Creations
Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant introduces a new creation this year – Kurobuta with Black Truffle and Quinoa Rice Dumpling, a savoury parcel packed with tender slow-braised Kurobuta belly, black truffle, wholesome quinoa, salted egg yolk, chestnut and conpoy. The Kurobuta with Black Truffle and Quinoa Rice Dumpling will be available in two sizes – small (350g) at $28 and regular (600g) at $48.
For those who prefer a classic rendition, Li Bai offers its signature Traditional Rice Dumpling which is filled with customary ingredients such as pork belly, roast duck, Chinese mushroom, chestnut, salted egg, conpoy and dried shrimp. An elevated treat for the refined palates is the premium Abalone and Pumpkin Rice Dumpling. A perennial favourite, its generous filling comprises whole abalone, pumpkin, Chinese mushroom, pork belly, salted egg, chestnut, conpoy and mung bean.
