Newly introduced this year is the Ang Ku Kueh Cake (400g, $48+), inspired by the well-loved traditional Chinese snack. Enveloped in cocoa butter in an auspicious red hue, this delightful cake features layers of light vanilla chiffon sponge, osmanthus mousse with a delicate floral aroma, and smooth mung bean crémeux studded with springy mochi pieces to recreate the Ang Ku Kueh’s filling and glutinous rice flour skin texture. The Marmalade Pantry’s 2022 Lunar New Year goodies and gift sets can be ordered from now till 12 February 2022 at all outlets and online. Collection through takeaway (self-collection) or delivery is available from 6 January to 15 February 2022.
