We were pleasantly surprised by the elegant interior decor of BARtistry@ONE22 Lobby Bar the moment we entered the hotel. Compared to the many afternoon tea options available in Singapore, Mercure Singapore Bugis Afternoon Tea offers chic and affordable indulgence for friends and loved ones. 
Mercure Singapore Bugis Afternoon Tea has just been introduced recently. One should make reservations to avoid disappointment because seatings are limited by the tables available in BARtistry@ONE22 Lobby Bar. We chose a cosy corner with a dramatic chair and lush comfortable sofa.

The East Meets West Afternoon Tea Set presents a vibrant mix of locally inspired sweet treats such as the Golden Durian Pillow and Mini Pandan Crème Brulee. The Golden Durian Pillow with its generous filling is a must try for durian lovers!
There are also western classic originals such as the Lemon Meringue Tart and Sweet Scone with Jam and Fresh Double Cream. Balance the sweetness with succulent savouries, the Western Beef Slider and Asian Prawn and Chestnut Roll for a delectable palate-pleasing finish.

We really enjoyed our afternoon tea experience. For its price, it is probably one of the most affordable afternoon tea in Singapore. Moreover, we appreciate how the quality of the afternoon was not compromised. The afternoon tea would make a great option for folks who wish to enjoy a light sweet treat after lunch or before dinner.
