Mount Faber Festive Dining 2021 Brings Celebrations To New Heights

This holiday season, spread the festive cheer atop premier hilltop destination Mount Faber Peak, where delightful surprises await visitors alongside spectacular views of the harbour, Sentosa and the Singapore skyline. From now to 3 January 2022, revellers can look forward to a sweet escape with a series of Mount Faber Festive Dining 2021 offers and indulgent treats from Häagen-Dazs. You can gather friends and family and feast to your heart’s content at Arbora Hilltop Garden & Bistro, Dusk Restaurant & Bar, showcasing a variety of festive and NYE specials, including family-friendly and vegetarian options, as well as Halal options at Good Old Days Western Grill.

From 10 December 2021 to February 2022, you can snap memorable pictures at Häagen-Dazs-themed photo points at both Mount Faber Peak and Sentosa. Visitors can also enjoy several festive promotions on the Singapore Cable Car from now to 31 December 2021. Mount Faber Leisure Group’s newest attraction, SkyHelix Sentosa, is also slated to open on 15 December 2021 – a must-visit this year-end.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY SPECIALS AT ARBORA HILLTOP GARDEN & BISTRO

Choose from four curated festive set menus at Arbora Hilltop Garden & Bistro:

Four-course Festive Set Menu ($68++ per pax)

A classic menu that offers diners four tantalising dishes, including a choice of mains between the Pan-Seared Ribeye Steak with assorted mushrooms, mashed potato and port wine jus; Oven-Roasted Half Paprika Chicken served with roasted potatoes and garden vegetables; or Char-Grilled Red Snapper with tobiko, Shimeji mushrooms, sweet tomatoes and chilli confit coulis. The meal concludes with an Artisan Dessert featuring Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream in the flavour of the week.

Family Festive Combo ($78++)

The kids can also soak up the festive spirit and enjoy favourites like the Spaghetti Bolognese served with minced beef and tomato sauce, or the crunchy Fish & Chips with fries, garden salad and tartar sauce. Kids will also be treated to the Cookies and Cream Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream served with a pastry, raspberry coulis and wild berries.

Sweet Festive Indulgence ($15++)

There is nothing quite like a cold, sweet treat to celebrate the yuletide season. Order the Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream in the flavour of the week and enjoy a beautifully plated treat served with a choice of coffee or tea.

New Year’s Eve Set Menu and Platters (Available only on 31 December 2021)

Arbora will also showcase its own NYE specials. You can look forward to the four-course New Year’s Eve Set Dinner ($118++ per pax). For mains, choose between the Shallow Fried Pork Cordon Bleu, Char-Grilled Whole Spiny Lobster, and the Grilled Red Snapper. You can then finish your meals with the sweet Häagen-Dazs Chocolate Almond ice cream for dessert.

You can also choose from two shared platters – Platter A ($49++ for two to three pax) or Platter B ($69++ for three to five pax) featuring highlights like the Chilli Crab Dip & Mantou, Truffle Fries, Half-Roasted Chicken, and Breaded Prawns. Similarly, a Beverage Package ($40++) is also available, featuring a bottle of Non- Alcoholic Grape Juice and six bottles of Heineken Zero.

FESTIVE FEASTING AT SINGAPORE’S PREMIER SUNSET DINING DESTINATION, DUSK RESTAURANT & BAR

Festive Set Menus (Available from now to 3 January 2022)

Dusk Restaurant & Bar presents the Festive Set Menu, available in six-course ($68++ per pax) and seven-course ($98++ per pax), both featuring Dusk’s Signature Tiger Prawn Capellini found in the Michelin Recipe Guide.

Themed around sweet fresh seafood, the six-course meal features the ocean’s best like the Grilled Shrimp with Crabmeat with torched cheese and fish roe; Pan-Seared Cod Medallion served with champagne cream, Parmigiano Reggiano and fragrant basil oil; and the Provençal Herb-Crusted Bone Marrow & Oxtail with Syrah wine jus, sweet daikon and roots vegetable.

The seven-course meal showcases luxurious classic French fare with a twist. Indulge in the Escalope De Canard, a duck foie gras terrine perfumed with truffle oil emulsion. For mains, choose between the oven-baked Canadian Maine Live Lobster flambéed with Grand Marnier and beurre noisette paired with the sweetest seasonal vegetables, or Australian Wagyu Beef with sautéed porcini mushrooms and truffle, port wine jus and butter-glazed vegetables.

Both menus feature a dessert-of-choice between French Valrhona Chocolate Tart served with summer wild berries compote, or an Artisan Dessert featuring Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream in the flavour of the week.

Similar to Arbora, Dusk also offers the Sweet Festive Indulgence ($15++) to diners to celebrate this jolly season. You can order the flavour of the week from the Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream Menu and enjoy a beautifully plated ice cream treat served with a pastry or cake and a choice of coffee or tea.

New Year’s Eve Set Menu and Platters (Available only on 31 December 2021)

Diners can look forward to the four-course New Year’s Eve Set Dinner ($140++ per pax). Enjoy dishes like Submersion Poached Pullet, Angus Beef Tenderloin Mignon or Roasted Quail. For dessert, you can sink your teeth into the Cookies and Cream Häagen-Dazs ice cream served with either the blackberry coulis and crunchy nuts, or the minced fruit pie with whisky sauce. A vegetarian menu is also available.

Those dining in groups can choose from two NYE Platters – Platter A ($59++ for two to three pax), or Platter B ($89++ for three to five pax) – which are available from 9.30pm to 12 midnight. Each platter serves up a different selection of bites like Salted Cod Salad, Whole Chicken Leg with Mexican Salsa, Beef Cheeks & Mashed Potatoes & Port Wine Sauce, Pan-Seared Red Snapper & Mango Salsa, Truffle Fries, Chicken Mid Wings and Calamari Rings. A Beverage Package ($40++) comprising a bottle of Non-Alcoholic Grape Juice and six bottles of Heineken Zero is also available.

Those looking to pull out all the stops for a memorable New Year’s Eve can hop on the Singapore Cable Car and enjoy a Cable Car Sky Dining experience with the four-course NYE Set Dinner Menu ($348++ per couple). You can start your journey on Mount Faber Peak with a special welcome drink and appetisers, before proceeding onto the cable car for the main event. Look out for exquisite dishes like the Oven-Baked Lobster with Tarragon, Pan- Seared Omi Beef and Pan-Seared Cod Mignon. Couples finish off their meals with a gratifying Green Tea and Almond Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream dessert served with lemongrass panna cotta and caramelised apple. The menu also includes a complimentary glass of chardonnay or merlot for pairing with the mains.

Journey to Japan on the Singapore Cable Car

Alternatively, lovers of all things Japan can experience a Japanese-themed cable car sky dining menu for $385 nett per couple, which is also redeemable with the SingapoRediscovers Vouchers. The menu kickstarts with a serving of Hokkaido Sea Scallops. For mains, choose between the Grilled Japanese Omi Wagyu or Pan-Grilled Eel.
