The thoughtful little touches from Oakwood’s hospitality team made us feel very welcomed. 
Our room comes with a fully equipped kitchen with some of the best-in-class appliances ranging from Smeg ovens to De’Longhi toasters and even a built-in dishwasher. This would be a dream kitchen for residents who love to cook and entertain guest from home. There is also an elegant dining space to enjoy your home cooked meals or a-la-carte room service.

We never thought we would be impressed with a view from within Singapore’s Central Business District but the room proved us wrong. The room windows together with its bathroom panels commanded a 180 degrees view of its surroundings. 
Of course, the fine architecture of the buildings around the hotel played a part. The generous window ledge provides a good spot to read or sip coffee while taking in the view.

We love how Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore embraces technology to enhance the convenience and quality of our stay. Each apartment is equipped with a tablet with the Oakwood app, which can help us make all in-room requests, book taxis, order flowers or buy groceries. The same app also provides links to Singapore’s most loved restaurants, from famed Michelin-starred hotspots at Marina Bay Sands to hidden gems in shophouses on Keong Saik Road, as well as the locals’ favoured cocktail bars, late night dessert bars and the city’s best parties.
For residents who are more homely, chill and relax with the room’s Bluetooth sound system, Smart TV and Samsung mobile phone with access to 24-hour customer service.

The bathrooms feature rain showers with custom Peter Morrissey toiletries and ultra-soft gown and slipper sets designed to evoke a spa-like to leave travellers relaxed and rejuvenated. The bath gown with lipsticks shown below was from our previous stay at Oakwood Studios Singapore, the more funky cousin. The gown we had at Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore was equally pampering with velvety soft and luxurious insides.

Infinite pools in an urban built-up area have never appealed to us but Oakwood has managed to convince us otherwise. It would be a great pity not to set aside time for a good swim, soak in the sun by the pool or capture some pool shots with amazing urban backdrops. 
We recommend that you come back to the pool with drinks in the evening. The view is equally enchanting.
