Available from 2pm to 5pm daily, you can look forward to a delightful spread of sweets and savouries with oriental nuances, such as Osmanthus Black Sesame Macaron, Jasmine Mango Pomelo Tartlet, Smoked Salmon Blini with Szechuan Pepper Crème Fraiche and Smoked Caviar. This inaugural collaboration will also feature two exclusive handcrafted highlights by award-winning Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant – Bird’s Nest Almond Egg White Tart and Mini Chilli Lobster Bolo Bun. You can complement your afternoon tea with a welcome Moscato or elevate your experience with their specially concocted Lychee Oolong Mocktail (top up $7++) and Passionfruit Mint Cocktail (top up $11++).
