PUTIEN Frozen Pot Of Goodies Launched For Reunions At Home

The Michelin-starred restaurant offering authentic Fujian cuisine is ready to usher in the new year with its carefully curated Chinese New Year menu, featuring a sumptuous array of delectable dishes.

Available from 15 January to 24 February for dine-in and take-away orders, you can choose between the Prosperity Set Meal ($128++ to $598++) and Fortune Set Meal ($168++ to $798++). You can expect to ring in a bountiful year at PUTIEN with the festive menu, bringing together the best of iconic festive dishes including the Longevity Noodles and Cordycep Flower with Fish Maw & Crab Meat Soup.

All set meals feature the Prosperity Yusheng (Abalone) which is available in small ($39.80++) and large ($62.80++). The yusheng stars premium abalone and PUTIEN’s specially concocted sauce.

No Chinese New Year celebration is complete without the pen cai (盆菜) and PUTIEN’s Pot of Goodies (Abalone and Prawn) promises to be a crowd pleaser. Overflowing with delectable treasures, the indulgent treasure pot is a harmonious combination of twelve premium ingredients including Duotou clams from Putian, abalone, prawns, fish maw and sea cucumber.

It is available in four sizes: for four ($218++), six ($318++), eight ($428++) and 10 ($518++) diners. The pen cai is included in all Fortune Set Meal (from $168++) options. Each takeaway order of the Pot of Goodies is also entitled to a complimentary box of PUTIEN’s Mazu Mee Sua, while stocks last. The Pot of Goodies is available for reservation in-stores and online from now till 24 February.

For the first time ever, PUTIEN is also launching its frozen Pot of Goodies (Abalone and Prawn), reducing the cooking and preparation by home cooks while allowing you to indulge in the festive delight in the comfort of their own homes at a time of their convenience, without compromising on the flavours. The frozen dish will come in a stainless steel pot and packed in a cooler bag. It can be ordered online from now till 22 February. Early birds can enjoy a 10% discount, valid till 10 January.
