Meat lovers can also look forward to Oven Baked US Prime Ribs, while a dedicated live station will be treating guests to Pan Seared Foie Gras with Caramelised Apple and Passionfruit, and Homemade Maltagliati Pasta with Scallop XO Sauce.

Bookings of ten persons and above will receive a complimentary home-made Pen Cai in addition to their choice of Garoupa or King Prawn.

Chinese New Year celebrations are not complete without Yusheng, and this year Lime’s Prosperity Salmon Yusheng is priced SGD48++ (small, serves 4 to 6 persons) or SGD88++ (large, serves 8 to 10 persons). Raise your chopsticks as high as you can while wishing your loved ones well with Fresh Salmon slices, traditional preserved vegetable strips and plum sauce.
