Ever thought of feasting on unlimited crab and lobster? How many crabs and lobsters can you fill your stomach? My beloved crab and lobster fans, this is the moment to indulge yourself with this ultimate free flow scrumptious lobsters and crabs feast at Spice Brasserie at Park Royal on Kitchener Road.
After three successful runs and countless sold-out nights of the Battle of the Crab buffet instalment, Spice Brasserie at PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road has upped the ante and is gearing up for a brand new crustacean battle. The crabs have called for reinforcements, and Executive Chef Low Hoe Kiat will be adding lobsters to this brand new epic battle series.
Accompanying the all-time favourite Slow-braised Pumpkin Crab in Claypot and Singapore staple Chilli and Black Pepper Crabs, Chef Low adds more than seven flavours of lobsters to the crustacean war.
Headlining the show is the Steamed ‘Live’ Boston Lobster in Chinese Wine, cooked a la minute to retain the succulent and sweet freshness of the flesh. One of my favourite dish. Lobster is very well marinated with a mild taste of Chinese wine.
Start off the buffet course with the exotic Truffle Lobster with Marinated Jellyfish Salad appetiser. Combining the sweetness of the lobster meat and the strong Truffle flavour, patrons would be convinced that this pairing is match-made in heaven.
Among the many must-try dishes, the crowd-favourite Flame-grilled Lobster Mentaiko is definitely the dish that cannot be missed. Topped with Cheese on a Fresh lobster meat and covered with Mentaiko sauce, this dish brings out a rich yet smoky flavour that patrons could not get enough of.
If you are a noodle lover, this could be a good choice. The Lobster Noodle Soup is something that not to be missed. Excellent soup broth cooked with premium pork rib and fresh lobster, can you imagine the sweetness of the soup?
How could we say no to crab roe? Look at the generous portion of crab roe given? This picture makes me salivate just by looking at it. Everything in the clay pot is just too perfect. For all crab lovers, this is a must-try. (Forget about the cholesterol levels please!)
Let me introduce the Lobster Wellington. Many people might not know about this dish. This New England seafood classic is often served as an impressive entrée for a dinner party. Succulent chucks of fresh lobster are enveloped in a rich lobster pate infused with delicate herbs and spices, wrapped inside a light, flaky puff pastry shell.
Check out more other dishes like the Baked Lobster with Okiami and Natto Sauce, Crustacean Paella, Cuban Lobster Stew, Japanese Lobster Fried Rice, Stir-Fried Lobster in Fragrant Salt, Lobster Congee and Crustacean Congee.
